zlob.directvideo

Hello - I am fairly new to this, so any help would be greatly appreciated. I ran spybot and it detected zlob.directvideo. When I attempt to "fix it", it begins to scan but then freezes. Can someone suggest what to do. Is this a "dangerous" virus.
