Hi, welcome to Safer Networking forums!

*An optional that I would recommend be uninstalled.

BitLord
This program is very likely the reason your system is infested with malware. Even when a program like this is not infected itself, it will still bring malware into your system because more than half of all files available for download from peer-to-peer networks have been deliberately infected with some form of malware. I recommend that you remove this program from your system.

*Click Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs and uninstall the items I listed in bold if found.

*Reboot and delete the following folder if you uninstalled bitlord:

K:\MovieMaker\BitLord

Empty your Recycle Bin.

____________________________________

*Since HijackThis creates backups of all it fixes and we want them safe and secured should they be required later, we need to move HijackThis to a permanent folder.

a.) While in your Desktop, right click in the background > Go to New > click Folder > Name the Folder HJT

b.) After creating the folder, find your HijackThis.exe (it looks like a detonator with some dynamites). Then, drag and drop that file to the new folder you created.

*Please Download NoLop to your desktop from one of the links below...
Link 1 (www.spywareedge.net/nolop/NoLop.exe)
Link 2 (http://www.thespykiller.co.uk/forum/index.php?action=tpmod;dl=item16)
Link 3 (http://www.greyknight17.com/spy/NoLop.exe)

You may want to print these instructions here or save them in notepad since you'll work offline.
Restart your computer and boot into Safe Mode by hitting the F8 key repeatedly until a menu shows up (and choose Safe Mode from the list). In some systems, this may be the F5 key, so try that if F8 doesn't work.
First close any other programs you have running as this will require a reboot
Double click NoLop.exe to run it.
Now click the button labelled "Search and Destroy"
<<your computer will now be scanned for infected files>>
When scanning is finished you will be prompted to reboot only if infected, Click OK
Now click the "REBOOT" Button.
A Message should popup from NoLop. If not, double click the program again and it will finish Please Post the contents of C:\NoLop.log along with a fresh HijackThis log
--If you receive an error, "mscomctl.ocx or one of its dependencies are not correctly registered," please download mscomctl.ocx (http://www.boletrice.com/downloads/mscomctl.ocx) to your system32 folder then rerun the program. --

Are you the administrator of your computer?

You need To disable WinPatrol temporarily, it can stop our fix. Please Re-enable it after your system is clean.
Right Click the 'Scotty Dog' icon in the system tray
Click Always Run Winpatrol
When WinPatrol dialog comes up asking about Startup change, click Yes
Reboot your machine for the changes to take effect.

After disabling WinPatrol, try running NoLop once more..and post the requested logs..

Download Findlop (http://metallica.geekstogo.com/findlop.zip) by Metallica. Save it to your Desktop

Create a Folder

Double click My Computer > Double Click C:\ or your local disk. > Right click in the background > Go to New > Click Folder > name the folder findlop.

Extract findlop

Double click the zip file that you just downloaded then click on extract, navigate to C:\findlop then hit ok.

Run Findlop

Double click findlop.bat. It will open a notepad file. Copy the content of that file and paste it here in your reply.

*An optional that I would recommend be uninstalled.

limeWire

These programs are very likely the reason your system is infested with malware. Even when programs like these are not infected theirselves, they will still bring malware into your system because more than half of all files available for download from peer-to-peer networks have been deliberately infected with some form of malware. I recommend that you remove these programs from your system.

*Click Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs and uninstall the items I listed in bold if found.

*Reboot

*Update AVG Anti-Spyware
From the main AVG Anti-Spyware screen, click on Update, then click the Start update button.
After the update finishes (the status bar at the bottom will display "Update successful")
Exit AVG Anti-Spyware. DO NOT scan yet.

*Download ATF Cleaner (http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=1) by Atribune

DO NOT USE IT YET!!

*Open HijackThis > choose Scan Only > Place a checkmark in the boxes beside these entries in bold.

Your Java is out of date....
Older versions have vulnerabilities that malware can use to infect your system.
Please follow these steps to remove older version Java components.
Click Start > Control Panel
Click Add/Remove Programs
Check any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name.
Click the Remove button.
Repeat as many times as necessary to remove all versions of Java.
Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed.
Then download Java Runtime Environment 6 (http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp), and install it to your computer.

This is a good time to clear your existing system restore points and establish a new clean restore point:
Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore

Select Create a restore point, and Ok it.

Next, go to Start > Run and type in cleanmgr

Select the More options tab

Choose the option to clean up system restore and OK it.
