i can't install spybot

[nobbypop]

Everytime I try to install spybot I get to the language screen and any windows relating to installing it close. This also happened when I was doing a free housecall on www.antivirus.com everytime they were doing free pc check, my internet explorer windows kept closing.

I have done a HJT report and placed below if anyone can help me please.

its possible for some malware to termimate anitmalware, AV, firewalls etc.
and this process (svchost)should not be running out of c:program files

do this:
restart your computer in safe mode. tap the f8 key during a computer restart. chose the first option from the list safe mode.

once in safe mode:
scan with HJT, put a checkmark beside the items below, close all windows and click fix checked.

last: run your Antivirus now and attempt to install spybot from safe mode
reboot computer normally, update and scan with spybot.
rescan and post a new hjt log please.
