Cannot open AVI error when updating

I recently installed Spybot 1.4 english version on Windows XP SP2. during installation i already check the box telling spybot to update b4 installation. after installation i run the spybot program and went to the update section. I search for updates and spybot posted a list of things to be updated. i check the fields that i want to update and when i click to update, an error dialouge box appers with a message "cannot open AVI" can anyone tell me what this AVI means??? and how can i resolve this issue..?? tnx

As i wait for a reply i read your reply and had a thought... isn't an AVI the term used for a small (or Large ) film made on a digital camera ..
it's file name is for example eg. ssa1.AVI
dont know if this helps!
