I've recently deleted kernels88.exe from my C:\WINDOWS\system32 folder in safe mode after discovering that the program disabled my Task Manager on my current user account, but then discovered that my Task Manager is still disabled. Did I miss out something somewhere..?

Welcome to the forum, if you still need help and are not receiving it elsewhere, you have missed the instructions our administrator pinned to the top of the forum for your benefit. At the very least you need to read and follow these instructions.
