Hi Christine and welcome to the forum, do you still help with this issue? I see a couple of 016 DPF's that are "grayware" and might account for some ad popups but no malware in the HJT log. This is why this information:

Is Pinned to the top so you can read and follow those instructions. You would see the need to supply us an online antivirus scan which might show malware HJT can not because of it's size. It may also be that the problem is with Norton/Symantec, here is a link to tech support if you need it:

something blocking my norton live up date and outbreak alert What is an "outbreak alert?" please post as much information in detail, expecially any error type messages "word for word". Cover these issues with tech support to see what they say, post that information for me. Choose and run one of the scans and post those results also. Since things can change fast in the HJT log, also post a new one with the scan results, and as much additional information as you can.
