hi, i dont no if this is in the right part of the forum but could someone have a look at this hijackthis report and see if they can tell me whats goin on on this computer
the computer completely crashed and would only start in safe mode and wouldnt restart at its last known point at which it was running fine..
so i have pressed f10 on start up and run the recovery...
know lots of things dont seem to be working, i tunes comes up with a error and woulnt start at all even if you reinstall it, i have tryed puting microsoft worksuite on off a ligit disc and it woulnt even read the disc..

i dont no if you can help from just looking at a hjt report but i was hopeing you might be able to spot something..weather it be files missing or something?? i had a error report come upaswell saying something about a microsoft installer may not be installed right aswell???

Any points in the right direction would be good....

I see nothing in the HJT log that looks like malware, there is a good possibility this is something other than malware. If you have not resolved the issue, please do this.

1) You are running HJT.exe from a .zip file in a Temporary Directory. This is unsafe as we will have no backups. That is why you received this message when you used HJT: http://russelltexas.com/malware/images/unsafefolder.gif
Please use the information in the following link to place HJT in a permanent, safe folder, I prefer C:\HJT\HijackThis.exe. If you need additional instructions use these: http://russelltexas.com/malware/createhjtfolder.htm

2) I need any error reports word for word, this is the only way I can research them.

3) Follow the directions in this link, make sure you delete or at least quarantine anything located.

Restart the computer and post any new information you think will help, error messages, the AVG Anti-Spyware scan results, and a new HJT log.
