Should I "Fix" This Spybot "Problem"?

I just bought a new computer and have spent the last few days installing my old software, downloads, data and removing some of the garbage that came from Dell. I have now run Spybot and it comes up with the following "Problem"

"Microsoft.Windows.Security.InternetExplorer: Settings (Registry change, nothing done)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_LOCALMACHINE_LOCKDOWN\iexplore.exe!=W=1".

Normally I would have had Spybot fix the problem but since I just spent so many days installing and uninstalling software and data I don't want to take a chance on "Fixing" something that might crash my system and force to start over from scratch. Even with a decent backup performed it can still be a time consuming hassle. Looking for badly needed advice.

The default setting in Windows XP Service Pack 2 for the following registry entry is "iexplore.exe"=dword:00000001.


[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_LOCALMACHINE_LOCKDOWN]
"iexplore.exe"=dword:00000001
Spybot's detection indicates that the registry entry "!=W=1" (where "!=" is not equal and "W=1" is dword:00000001). In other words the value not set to the default value.

The bottom line is, if you did not intentionally change the default for some reason such as the following, I suggest that fix the problem:
Pictures do not appear as expected, or you receive an error message when you open an HTML file on a Windows XP Service Pack 2-based computer
