Recently, my internet and computer has slowed down. I am thinking maybe I have gotten some kind of spyware infection. Im including the smitfraud and hijackthis logs. Any help will be appriciated. Thanks.

Ok, I figured my computer needed to be reformatted anyway. So I did that and a clean install of windows. It running much better now. Anyway, as you can see from my logs before, I was running SP1. I am still running that, because I have another problem. When I update to SP2, it downloads and installs fine. Then I restart my computer, and just after the windows loading screen I get the blue screen. After that, I have to reformat and instal windows and keep sp1. Is there anyway to fix this or a problem that could be causing it?

Welcome to the forum, You do have a Smitfraud infection but you are using an old version of Smitfraudfix. Before I give you the information you need, I must cover security information with you that you need to have. Please take a moment to read about this "backdoor trojan"

I can help you remove the junk but need to also give you this information:
One or more of the identified infections is a backdoor trojan.
This allows hackers to remotely control your computer, steal critical system information and Download and Execute files
I would counsel you to disconnect this PC from the Internet immediately. If you do any banking or other financial transactions on the PC or if it should contain any other sensitive information, please get to a known clean computer and change all passwords where applicable, and it would be wise to contact those same financial institutions to apprise them of your situation.
Though the Trojan has been identified and can be killed, because of it's backdoor functionality, your PC is very likely compromised and there is no way to be sure your computer can ever again be trusted. Many experts in the security community believe that once infected with this type of Trojan, the best course of action would be a reformat and reinstall of the OS. However, if you do not have the resources to reinstall your computer and would like me to attempt to clean it, I will be happy to do so.

One or more of the identified infections steal information. If this system is used for online banking or has credit card information on it, all passwords should be changed immediately by using a different computer (not the infected one!) to make the changes. If you wish to continue with the cleanup, start by removing Smitfraudfix version 2.119 from your computer, then download the newest version 2.135 from this link:

You have the infection so there is no reason to run the "Search" again, follow these directions:
Clean:
Reboot your computer in Safe Mode (before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually)
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 2 and hit Enter to delete infect files.
You will be prompted: Do you want to clean the registry ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter in order to remove the Desktop background and clean registry keys associated with the infection.
The tool will now check if wininet.dll is infected. You may be prompted to replace the infected file (if found): Replace infected file ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter to restore a clean file.
A reboot may be needed to finish the cleaning process. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt
Optional:
To restore Trusted and Restricted site zone, select 3 and hit Enter.
You will be prompted: Restore Trusted Zone ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter to delete trusted zone.
Note, if you use SpywareBlaster and/or IE-SPYAD, it will be necessary to re-install the protection both afford. For SpywareBlaster, run the program and re-protect all items. For IE-SPYAD, run the batch file and reinstall the protection.

Restart the computer and post the C:\Report.txt and a new HJT log and I will help you remove the rest of the junk.
