File not found

Every time I start up S&D 1.4, a message comes up that the file "framedyn.dll" could not be found. I've tried reinstalling, but that hasn't worked. Anyone know what this is?

The problem is usually caused by a bad path. Please read the following Microsoft Knowledge base article:
