HELP ME! bad virus!

My friend sent me this file(latter i found out it wasn't really them) it said, this better not be you, or something. then had a link to some page about candle beans and the members.php file that led to a file ending in my email. I stupidly downloaded it, it downloaded a openable file, i opend it and.. and bam! I cant open registry edit, it removed system restore, changed home pages, removed history and who knows what else. Can someone PLEASE help me with this?

and it downloaded the virus from there..

Trend or norton didn't pick it up. nor did windows defender, av virus or spybot!
