I have just completed [?] recoverying from being hijacked. I was unable to browse to Google and Yahoo and others.

I ran McAfee and Yahoo security tools which found items and I deleted them. Nothing helped until I saw in another posting about "hosts". I went to the appropriate directory and edited the file and now am able to get to all sites.

I looked at the original log from HiJackThis, and "Fix" any item that I could not verify as being legimate. The computer seems to be OK, but slow.

I restored some of the "fixed" items, if they related to software that I installed on my computer. I then began getting "Services" errors which caused my computer to reboot.

Those "services" errors have not come back today.

Welcome to the forum, let me give you some information, and you can go from there.

1) "BEFORE you POST" -Preliminary Steps: http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
Those are the steps that need to be followed, since I see no online virus scan report, I have to assume you missed those instructions.

2) Appears you are running two antivirus programs at the same time and this is not a good thing. They conflict with each other and you will be less safe than if you ran one good program and maintained it properly.

3) It is good you had HJT properly positioned so you had backups, which is the reason for the disclaimer about not removing stuff if you do not know what you are doing.

4) Besides the multiple AV's I see no malware in the HJT log. You do, however, have programs that are damaged and or not working at all. If you use these I would download them again.

4) Just to make sure you are aware of this:

System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:
