cpu reaches 100% usage

My computers CPU reaches 100%, even though Im running just a simple web page. Here are my logs.

Welcome to the forum, If you still need help and are not receiving it elsewhere, let me first request that you not bold your information, it does not make it easier for me to read.

Now for some information for you, please understand that this problem can be caused be many things and that malware is just one of them. Please look at this information: http://kadaitcha.cx/high_cpu.html

Now having said that we have an item in your HJT log I am getting mixed results for:
C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\INSTAL~1\UPDATE~1\agent.exe
My scanners say it is: http://www.sophos.com/virusinfo/analyses/trojagentdp.html
But Google give various opinions:

The only way to be positive is scan that file, and it is on your computer so you must do it.

You will need to enable all files and folders or you may not see it:

It looks like most of the stuff the scan found is in the Java Cache, use these instructions to clean it.
