The ActiveX tool shows me a "Whale Client Component" at
C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files
Codebase: https://jran.uscourts.gov/InternalSite/WhlCompMgr.cab
Is this a potential problem?
If so, How do I get rid of it?
