• Welcome Guest, to the Spybot Forums! It's 2025, and we just upgraded our forum software.

Today is Safer Internet Day, and with our new forum, you can finally use passkeys to login. That was about time!

Of course, you could ask if a forum is still useful, with so many social media networks out there where you might already have an account, and met a lot of users. You can now use your login from some of those networks to log in here. And by posting here, your question and data is stored on our servers and not automatically shared with a whole social media network.

We'll also start using the forum for small bits of information, announcements and more again.

Edit Tea Timer Blacklist?

I searched the program's help and also this forum for Black List but could not find any related topics. I would like to remove a setting from the Black List for Tea Timer. The current setting isn't allowing me to delete a startup option (it automatically reappears). Even if I can delete the entire Black List, that is fine too.

Hopefully this isn't something completely obvious that I overlooked.

Thanks for the help...

Rightclick Teatimer, and select Settings, which will bring up the Black & White list.
You should see four things at the top of the Black & White list,Allowed Processes,Blocked Processes,Allowed Registry Changes,Blocked Registry Changes. You can click each one until you find the item you want to remove. Then click the black X beside the item to remove it,say Yes to the prompt, then click OK.

Thanks so much for your help! I've been using Spybot for a few years and never noticed this settings box... It should be linked in the main Spybot window also or at least referenced in the help file.
