Welcome to the forum, if you still need help, please do this:

1) Download Smitfraudfix from here: http://siri.geekstogo.com/SmitfraudFix.php
Follow ONLY these directions:
Search:
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 1 and hit Enter to create a report of the infected files. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Note: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool". It is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

http://www.beyondlogic.org/consulting/processutil/processutil.htm

2) Use one or more of these free online scanners to identify these items:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\srvreg.exe
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\msldr32.dll

You will probably need to enable hidden files and folders to see them:
http://www.xtra.co.nz/help/0,,4155-1916458,00.html

post the C:\rapport.txt from Smitfraudfix, the results of the scans, and a new HJT log. Add any comments you think will help. Use Post Reply, stay in this same topic.

Thanks
