Dropper.ragger...

Hello! I'm new here and I'm worried about a report of Spybot. I scanned my computer and Spybot found a malware called Dropper.ragger... After that, I started a new scan (I didn't put repair) and the malware didn't appear anymore on the results. I tried again but the malware didn't appear. What happen? Is this malware dangerous?
