bloodhound.packed.10 virus

[ZeppelinFloyd]

my symantec anivirus keeps telling me that i have a bloodhound.packed.10 virus. the infected file is C:\WINDOWS\system32\vtstt.dll

I've tried to delete the file but I get a message saying "Cannot delete vstt: It is being used by another person or program. Close any programs that might be using this file and try again."

ok, now i cant even get on my home computer. i had to type this from my laptop.

when i turn on my PC it says:

Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
<Windows root>\system32\hal.dll
Please re-install a copy of the above file.

What do i do? Please Help!

Download VundoFix.exe (http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4) to your desktop.
Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
Put a check next to Run VundoFix as a task.
You will receive a message saying vundofix will close and re-open in a minute or less. Click OK
When VundoFix re-opens, click the Scan for Vundo button.
Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
When completed, it will prompt that it will shutdown your computer, click OK.
Turn your computer back on.
Post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HiJackThis log.
