Unable to run Spybot, receiving fatal error.

When I try to run Spybot search and destroy it gives me this error and fails to open. Fatal Error -21785435433 can not create process!

Can someone please help!
 
There was another reported incident of a "Fatal error -21785435433" in the following thread:
The response to that thread that I posted on 2005-10-24 was before the Malware Removal forum was started on this site. However, I still suggest that you consider posting in a Malware Removal forum since there are indications, from Google searches, that the same fatal error may occur in multiple anti-spyware applications which would indicate a common cause rather than a problem specifically related to Spybot in your environment (Windows OS, etc.).

I suggest that you consider posting in the Malware Removal forum and having someone take a look at your system to verify/eliminate the possibility that malware is causing the problem.

After completing those steps, start a new thread (topic) in the following forum (making sure to include the HijackThis log and online scan logs produced from the instructions above):
