hiya

i've been receiving bounced emails from random addresses on my domain name which kapersky identifies as Email-Worm.Win32.Zhelatin.ab (variant doesn't exist in their virus list (http://www.viruslist.com/en/viruses/encyclopedia?virusid=149536#doc2))

i'm also getting a lot of tracking cookies.

kapersky doesn't find anything, neither does spybot, norton, avg, adaware or sophos. blacklight doesn't find any hidden processes.

hijackthis output below. would really appreciate it if somone could tell me whether i'm affected, or whether it's just someone sending out virii using my domain.

many thanks!

kris

hi midtempo,

norton has been uninstalled but it looks like it's left some residue...

if thats the case you can remove the entry if you want with hjt:

scan with HJT, put a checkmark beside the items below, close all windows and click fix checked.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [osCheck] "C:\Program Files\Norton AntiVirus\osCheck.exe"
