Welcome to the forum, I have no idea if your computer is infected or not. If you think it is then here is some information for you.

1) The folks are volunteers, if you don't get a response by four days, post here: http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=1137

2) If you believe you have a malware problem, read an follow these directions:
"BEFORE you POST" -Preliminary Steps

3) Along with the results of the online antivirus scan also post the results of a scan by this program:
C:\Program Files\Grisoft\AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5\ which I see running from services. Use these instructions:
http://forums.security-central.us/showthread.php?t=3165
Make sure you delete or at least quarantine anything found and post the scan results in the next post.

4) Include some information about your problem and error messages you are receiving "word for word"

5) Move HJT from the Desktop for safety. I prefer C:\HJT\HijackThis.exe, if you need additional instructions use these: http://russelltexas.com/malware/createhjtfolder.htm
