Malaware Galore! Please help me!

Hi hero,

My computer has been attacked, infected, and i cant get rid of the virus!

I`ve had Pest Trap on there, Antivirus Gold, Spy "something", and many more. I also downloaded WinAntiVirus Pro 2006. I`ve run spybot, and ccleaner and the software found and destroyed plenty of files. I also run destroyer, and it found nothing...... But the virus is still there, i can feel it, its in the task bar, my internet homepage is still antivirus nonsense, and my computer is still making a "boop" sound. Please help!

I play poker on line, use internet banking, e-wallets, and i play games for money. I`m very worried! Thankyou so much for your help!!!!
