My infestation began approx 2 months ago or at least the symptoms began then. I believe it began when someone in the household installed spy marshal not checking to verify legitimacy. It was so bad... system crashes lock ups ...had to install a second hard drive and load a fresh operating system to break into the original system. I installed spy sweeper and McAfee Security Suite. Then went on a clean up campaign. Your forum has been extremely helpful as you introduced me to unfamiliar tools. I had or possibly still have all of the serious backdoor trojans on the list Goldun, Nemo, Manwithnoname, relayer, childoleauto, also seen Nuwar, toolbar... this list is about 25 long. Spy sweeper seems to trap them. MacFee does not seem to be installed correctly as it says the system is not fully protected. Haven't registered yet because their install screen and registration locks up.

Major exsiting conditions:
this is on the first OS and directory not the second installed one that OS (XP SP2 both) now frozen in safe mode on start up

Someone has me locked out of the administration panel- can't do control alt del.
Internet activity is extremely slow
The key strokes play catch up on the screen

I've been at it over a week and it is extremely frustrating.. don't want to do a total reload if possible.. have four on a LAN getting worried about other 3 ..seem to be ok so far.

Here is my Hijack log- Help would be very appreciated:

hi Rocco Bernard,

nothing really stands out as far as malware goes. download AVG antispyware to the good drive, install update then select the 2nd drive for the scan or just scan both exsisting drives you have installed.

you should be able to use any malware/antivirus program that you have installed on the "good" drive to scan the "bad" drive. the software will see both drives and should present the option to scan one or the other or both.

Download AVG Anti-Spyware and save that file to your
desktop:

http://www.ewido.net/en/download/

This is a 30 day trial of the program

1. Once you have downloaded ewido anti-spyware, locate the icon on the desktop
and double-click it to launch the set up program.
2. Once the setup is complete you will need run ewido and update the definition
files.
3. On the main screen select the icon "Update" then select the "
Update now" link.
* Next select the "Start Update" button, the update will start and a
progress bar will show the updates being installed.
4. Once the update has completed select the "Scanner" icon at the top of
the screen, then select the "Settings" tab.
5. Once in the Settings screen click on "Recommended actions" and then
select "Quarantine".
6. Under "Reports"
* Select "Automatically generate report after every scan"
* Un-Select "Only if threats were found"

* Select the "Scanner" icon at the top and then the "Scan" tab
then click on "Complete System Scan".
* ewido will now begin the scanning process, be patient this may take a little
time.
Once the scan is complete do the following:
* If you have any infections you will prompted, then select "Apply all
actions"
* Next select the "Reports" icon at the top.
* Select the "Save report as" button in the lower left hand of the
screen and save it to a text file on your system. post the saved avg log back here
