The customer service department at Nintendo is telling me that programs such as Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D automatically interfere with my connection to Nintendo's WiFi from my USB WiFi Connector. I can't connect my Wii to the internet, basically.
Is there a way to fix this without un-installing those programs? I was told the only way to get it to work is by uninstalling these programs. If only there were an "allowed" or "trusted" programs list in these applications...
