iexplorer - cant end this process! keeps coming back?

I have tryd to kill iexplorer process mutiple times but it keeps coming back?
PLEASE HELP!? iexplorer seems to be giving me these random very anoying pop ups everytime i want to browse Internet Explorer? Like their coming every 5-10 minutes? if any1 can help me that will be awesome!

Welcome to the forum, I am not sure what you are trying to kill, but it looks to me that you have a LOP/C2 Media infection. Gets on the computer because someone probably downloaded messengerplus junk and did not read the EULA, here read about the junk.

Follow these directions carefully and then we will see what is left.
Please download NoLop to the Desktop from one of these links:

Close any programs you have running since a reboot is required
Double click NoLop.exe to run it
Next, click the button labeled: Search and Destroy
<<your computer will now be scanned for infected files>> When the scan finishes, if infected, you are prompted to reboot
Click OK

Now click: REBOOT
A Message should popup from NoLop. If not, double click the program again and it will finish.
Please Post the contents of C:\NoLop.log along with a new HijackThis log
