Pc is seriously damaged by malware

Hi people :\ :red:
I'm a sad man now ...
My pc got damaged real bad from malware.
1.The Sound drivers got damaged , cant play nothing
2.Norton Antivirus had been deleted and i can't uninstall it proprely to install it again.
3. Safe mode doesnt work (it restarts everytime , and i deleted dameon toolz , and it still didn't work)
4. Office XP is not functioning , also the IE explorer is doing trouble.

I tried : 1.Hijack this 2.AVG 3. ATF CLEANER 4.AD AWARE SE
and nothing seems to solve those problem.

What are my options? .
1.Do i need to delete My XP and install it again ?
2. Can i settle for installing Windows On My currnet version ?
3.I want to avoid formatting as much as possible.
