Cdilla64.exe

when I run spybot I keep getting a report that CDILLA64.EXE is present on my computer but cant delete it. I am informed that it may be in memory and to check at restart. When I do that, I get the same response and still cannot get rid of it.
what do i do?
Is it something I should be concerned about?
