Hey guys!
i have a problem, which occured first about 6 months ago, when using i-tunes.
the code was:
c:\windows\system32\shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL
and
c:\Programme\QuickTime\QTSystem\QuickTime.cpl,Quicktime

i work with windows xp, and latley i notice, that everything is taking more time..to start the system, to close programms etc..
i-tunes is not working anymore, uninstalling and re installing didnt help. quick time cant be uninstalled, it says "system error"
i did the hijack this program, i post the log here as well.
i really hope, anyone can help me! this would be great!

Hello Teresa and welcome to the forum. I would like to help and I will do what I can, but it is unlikely this is a malware issue and you are posted in a malware forum. First, HJT can not see everything, so I need to make sure you have reviewed this information.

The online antivirus scan required often shows stuff HJT can not see, but in this case let's not run one just yet, I doubt it will show anything. Looking at the issues you are describing, I really think you should discuss this with:
http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ or with
http://www.apple.com/support/quicktime/
The only way I would have a chance at being able to advise you at all about these products would be if you posted the exact works in the "system error" message. Chances are you could get the same information I would provide by Googling that error message (exact words), but I would be glad to look at it if you post the message.
