System Alert!

Hi I registered myself here because I have a problem... I have a system alert in my taskbar and I want to get rid of it. I already read some other topics about this so I already made the first step by scanning with smitfraud, here are the results: (what should I do next?)

Welcome to the forum, you may want to look at these instructions: "BEFORE you POST" -Preliminary Steps

In your case, though I can not see what else may be there without the information requested in "Before you Post" you do have at least a Smitfraud infection. Here are those instructions:

There is no need to search again, follow the instructions to clean the infection and post the required information using Post Reply to stay in the same topic.
