Welcome to the forum, looks like SDfix did the job on the backdoor trojans, you might want to consider this information.
http://www.sophos.com/security/analyses/w32rbotgv.html while seveal trojans use this same file name:
Allows others to access the computer
Steals information
Downloads code from the internet
Reduces system security
Installs itself in the Registry
http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rls=GGLG,GGLG:2006-16,GGLG:en&q=winsys%2eexe+
They are all the same security risks and you should consider this:
You're infected, one or more of the identified infections steal information. If this system is used for online banking or has credit card information on it, all passwords should be changed immediately by using a different computer (not the infected one!) to make the changes. Banking and credit card institutions, if any, should be notified of the possible security breech. I suggest that you read this article too.
http://www.dslreports.com/faq/10451

You also have a Smitfraud infection:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {67982BB7-0F95-44C5-92DC-E3AF3DC19D6D} - C:\Program Files\Video Access ActiveX Object\isadd.dll
O21 - SSODL: eitheror - {2016a466-91a2-43c6-97d8-2fd380f065ef} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\higehsg.dll

Follow these directioins carefully:
http://siri.geekstogo.com/SmitfraudFix.php <<< download and tutorial

Clean:
Reboot your computer in Safe Mode (before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually)
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 2 and hit Enter to delete infect files.
You will be prompted: Do you want to clean the registry ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter in order to remove the Desktop background and clean registry keys associated with the infection.
The tool will now check if wininet.dll is infected. You may be prompted to replace the infected file (if found): Replace infected file ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter to restore a clean file.
A reboot may be needed to finish the cleaning process. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Optional:
To restore Trusted and Restricted site zone, select 3 and hit Enter.
You will be prompted: Restore Trusted Zone ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter to delete trusted zone.
Note, if you use SpywareBlaster and/or IE-SPYAD, it will be necessary to re-install the protection both afford. For SpywareBlaster, run the program and re-protect all items. For IE-SPYAD, run the batch file and reinstall the protection.

Note: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool". It is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.
http://www.beyondlogic.org/consulting/processutil/processutil.htm

Post the report.txt from Smitfraudfix and a new HJT log. Add any comments you think will help and use Post Reply to stay in this same topic.

I will also look at the uninstall list now, I am looking for malware and security issues, you mau want to look for stuff you no longer use to get rid of?

Mozilla Firefox (1.5.0.9) <<< out of date, if you are going to use it, keep it up to date.

Viewpoint Media Player <<< see this information: For your information, Viewpoint is installed by aol probably without your knowledge. I suggest you uninstall this resource waster in Add Remove programs.
http://www.clickz.com/news/article.php/3561546
http://www.greatis.com/appdata/u/v/viewmgr.exe.htm
http://www.spywareinfo.com/newsletter/archives/2005/nov4.php#viewpoint

J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 10 <<< needs an update, see this:
http://forums.spybot.info/showpost.php?p=12880&postcount=2

There are many items I can't identify, if you don't know all of the others, you should investigate, they could be malware. You have p2p files sharing programs and while they may not be considered malware, the stuff you move with them often is, see these links"
