 SpywareBot found an "unknown browser helper object" at hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\explorer\browser helper objects - how can i identify, find and remove it (without having to buy SpywareBot, too)?

SpyBot complained about these:
•Microsoft.WindowsSecurityCenter.FirewallDisableNotify (1 entry)
•Microsoft.WindowsSecurityCenter.AntivirusDisableNotify (1 entry)
but they look very like something which Microsoft put (and wants) there.

What are these and should i do something about them?
