My computer got swarmed by a WIN32.TROJAN.SPY virus...
i have it quarantined with Ad-Aware SE Personal

seems as tho my problems came from WildTangent, but not sure

registry keys are changed, i know for sure...

I can't even get online with my computer, so im using another laptop and a g512mb jump-drive to try to fix the problem. Reading threads gave me ideas as to how to fix it, but i still need help. I know that svchost.exe is bad too.

My HijackThisLog is ready:

I can't seem to run my computer on the net; it runs slow, norton goes nuts blocking trojans left and right (mostly trojan.vundo), and IE unexpectedly closes with the menu option to debug, tho it closes anyway. I cant run a scan from panda because i either cant get to the page or the scan never starts. Internet is very sluggish.

Therefore, i have to download files and installers using the laptop, (which i've been using for all my posts) and then transfer them onto the infected computer via a 512mb jump-drive.

Also, the AVG 7.5 (think it was 7.5, but not sure) i had was a trial version e-mailed from a friend that eventually expired so i uninstalled it.
On top of all this, when i run a scan with spybot, i always find something called SmitFraud-C.Toolbar888. Spybot resolves it, but every scan shows that its back again. I know its linked to the registry key MSSMGR (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSSMGR), but every attempt to change or delete it doesn't work. It reappears after a reboot. I even tried a method involving a reboot in safe mode (a process explained in another thread..) but that didn't seem to work either. My last scan results from
Spybot are this:

I ran a scan using Ad-Aware and saved 2 quarantines. The more important one is listed below with the quarantined virus. I skipped the listed MRU's and pasted only the info after that. I still have the Quarantine available.

There was also a problem specified by one of my scanners (don't remember which) that basically stated that something from the virus turned off the system protection settings in the Microsoft Windows firewall. (i cant really provide much more detail on that...)

If anyone decides to post help, i can provide more info upon request.

Sorry for the obvious despair in the first post, but I've been fighting this for months and every attempt to win the situation has failed. It's even costed me money. I'm just frustrated.

Im grateful for any and all help anyone can provide.
