Welcome to the forum. I don't know if I can help you, and will not know unless you provide more information.
If you still need help and are not receiving it elsewhere, it appears you have missed some important instructions our administrator has posted at the top of the forum,
especially this: "BEFORE you POST" -Preliminary Steps
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
Please read and follow all instructions and post all required logs or reports, anything less will slow your process.
Use "Post Reply" to post the information in the instructions and stay in the same topic.
Thanks

Thanks for returning your information, you have a LOP/C2 Media infection, here is a little information for you:
http://inetexplorer.mvps.org/data/lop.htm
We need to remove it first, follow these directions carefully please.
You have progams running that may block the changes we must make. Please turn off Spysweeper and WinPartol when you run NoLop.
Please download NoLop to the Desktop from one of these links:
http://www.spywareedge.net/nolop/NoLop.exe
http://www.thespykiller.co.uk/forum/index.php?action=tpmod;dl=item16
Close any programs you have running since a reboot is required
Double click NoLop.exe to run it
Next, click the button labeled: Search and Destroy
<<your computer will now be scanned for infected files>>
When the scan finishes, if infected, you are prompted to reboot
Click OK
Now click: REBOOT
A Message should popup from NoLop. If not, double click the program again and it will finish.
Please Post the contents of C:\NoLop.log along with a new HijackThis log
Thanks

Thanks for returning your information and good job using the NoLop tool:bigthumb: Let's try to clean up the rest like this.
1) How to make files and folders visible:
Click Start > Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm. Click OK.
You may reverse this for safety when we are finished.
2) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/content/view/25/2/
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.
3) We need to disable your Windows Defender Real-time Protection as it may interfere with the fixes that we need to make.
Open Windows Defender, Click on Tools, General Settings.
Scroll down and uncheck Turn on real-time protection (recommended).
After you uncheck this, click on the Save button and close Windows Defender.
After all of the fixes are complete it is very important that you enable Real-time Protection again.
4) WinPatrol; Right-click the running icon of Winpatrol in the system tray and choose exit. It will automatically restart at next boot.
5) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page =
(next item is missing the file, so it is not working right if at all. If you use it download it again when we finish)
R3 - URLSearchHook: Yahoo! Toolbar - {EF99BD32-C1FB-11D2-892F-0090271D4F88} - (no file)
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [deleteshow] "C:\DOCUME~1\JOĆOKR~1\APPLIC~1\ACEBIT~1\SURF SOFTWARE SIZE.exe"
LOP
O20 - AppInit_DLLs: 67.dll <<< if you know what this is you can leave it
Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"
6) RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:
C:\DOCUMENTS & SETTINGS~1\JOĆOKR~1\APPLICATION FILES~1\ACEBIT~1\ <<< delete that folder (LOP)
7) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.
Restart the computer and post a new HJT log, let me know how the computer is running now.
Do you own this program? Post that information with the next HJT log.
C:\Programas\Webroot\Spy Sweeper\SpySweeper.exe
Thanks

Do you own this program? Post that information with the next HJT log.
C:\Programas\Webroot\Spy Sweeper\SpySweeper.exe
If you are asking me if i own spy sweeper the answer is no it is just a time trial.
As for how the computer is running no dns.com messages so far but and i do not know if this is related or not i still can not change the home page adress it is stuck on http://www.microsoft.com/isapi/redir.dll?prd=ie&clcid=0x816&pver=6.0&ar=home.
Also you said to check the box next to R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = and press fix checked the other were fixed but this staid.
Anyway thank you very much!!!!

Thanks for returning the information and the feedback, looking at the HJT log first.
I had to look aheard, something is stopping us from removing adware and the line you mentioned. I gave you instructions for turning off everything but SpySweeper, so it must be the one that is blocking us. Since you do not own it, here it what I suggest you do.
1) Uninstall SpySweeper (big resource waster once the trial is over anyway)
I am not sure SS and Windows Defender would not conflict anyway? I would ask Defender Support before trying to run it with another powerful realtime spyware program.
2) Turn off Windows Defender as before
3) Turn off WinPatrol as before
4) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page =
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchURL,(Default) = http://red.clientapps.yahoo.com/cust.../www.yahoo.com
Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"
Restart and try to set your homepage: Making Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 Your Own: The Basics
Also, Zone Alarm has been having a problem stopping folks from changing the Home Page, make sure ZA it up to date. See this information:
http://www.google.com/search?q=zone+alarm+and+home+page+problems&rls=com.microsoft:en-us:IE-SearchBox&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&sourceid=ie7&rlz=1I7GGLG
We have had to ask folks to totally uninstall Zone Alarm, change the Home Page and then install ZA again. If it comes to that, You may want to make ZA aware of the trouble they have caused you.
Keep me posted...Phil

Thanks for the feedback, first I want to say that the HJT log is clean of malware, which is what I set out to do. These others issues, I will do my best to help you.
First, did you take the time to read the information about how Zone Alarm is causing homepage problems? I see Zone Alarm is back on the computer. There are no instructions for doing this (unless you find them somewhere in that information) but the few times I have worked with the issue, the user was able to set the home page once ZA was gone from the computer. (make sure you reboot once you uninstall to clean it completely). If you can set the home page with ZA completely off the computer (after a reboot), and you have issues when you put it back, you will have to discuss that with ZA.
Next, I will also suggest that http://www.winpatrol.com/ might be causing the line to stay in the HJT log:
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page =
I also want you to know that this line is not malware (bad), even if you can not remove it. I am concerned that you can't set your home page, it may be some of the junk you got on your computer changed a setting. This is not my area of expertise, but I will do what I can. Here is more information about the home page:
http://www.google.com/search?q=+set+the+home+page+in+IE7&rls=com.microsoft:en-us:IE-SearchBox&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&sourceid=ie7&rlz=1I7GGLG
Would you run the same online scan you ran to start and post the results so I can see if anything is left in there we need to delete manually.
I suggest you do this: System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2001111912274039?Open&src=sec_doc_nam
I will post this information for you now so you can begin to benefit from the expert advice.
Here is some great information from Tony Klein, Texruss, ChrisRLG and Grinler to help you stay clean and safe online:
