I've recently uninstalled McAfee Enterprise Edition and installed the awesome NOD32. It seems that McAfee had left some files on my system, which ones do I delete? Also what do I do with the files that are said to be (missing)?

Also what do I do with the files that are said to be (missing)?In most cases that is a glitch in how HJT sees the item, and the file is there. We are trained to know this. The one item that this does not apply to is:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)
this is a dead item, you may remove it with HJT if you wish.

This member has stated they have leftover items from an uninstalled McAfee program they would like removed. Proceed with these instructions only if this is true.

Disable the Service
Click Start > Run and type services.msc
Scroll down to McAfee Framework Service and right click on it.
Click Properties and under Service Status click Stop, then under Startup Type change it to Disabled.

Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [McAfeeUpdaterUI] "C:\Program Files\Network Associates\Common Framework\UpdaterUI.exe" /StartedFromRunKey

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:

C:\Program Files\Network Associates\ <<< delete this folder

Disabled with no folder the service can not run again, if you wish to remove it from the computer, here are the instructions:

Thanks for the HJT log, except for this: C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_02\ which I posted instructions for earlier and it can get you infected usually with Vundo that is a pain to remove, your HJT log looks fine.
