infected with http://ayb.dns-look-up.com/al

Any help would be much appreciated,
I am getting these messages from my antivirus program that tell me this hxxx://ayb.dns-look-up.com/al is being blocked. I am assuming this is some type of malware on my computer. Any ideas how to get rip of it?
