Advanced Mode vs Default

Is switching to Advanced Mode in Spybot really worth it?
Everytime I think of switching to Advanced Mode, a window appers that tells me switching can do harm to my system if I'm not sure what I'm doing. And that scares me off. So what better features are in Advanced Mode?

That will not damage system if you click yes,you will damage system if you are doing a lot of things like: Changing hosts file,killing processes,changing settings in Spybot-S&D,modifying ignoration of products or cookies or system internals,changing IE tweaks,using Secure Shredder,modifying system startup and uninstall info.You are safe if you know what are you doing.
