ctintrfc.dll unable to locate component

Hi,
When I tried to start a scan for spyware a window popped up stating that CTIntrfc.dll could not be located. It advised reinstalling Spybot to try to correct this. I reinstalled, yet I received the exact same message again. Could somebody please help me with this. Thanks

CTINTRFC.DLL doesn't seem to be related to Spybot.It's hard to tell,but maybe it's related to Creative or Creative Mediasource?

I'm not too sure why you get that when trying to run Spybot. :scratch:
Which version of Spybot do you run?
