Hi John and welcome to the forum. I can see quickly that Java is outdated and that is a security risk. Start > Control Panel > Java > Update. Your version of HJT is also very old, the newest version shows areas I can't see with this version. You can update here: http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
Update Java, update HJT to version 1.99.1 then post a new log and I will take a look.
