HELP Me please read and help

someone please help me:
if you look in this screenshot http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c16/soulofdoom80/help.jpg
you can see the two spyware things trying to add themselves to the registry but are denied. this is very annoying and occasionally some pages would open in firefox. i'm running spybot every 30 minutes and spybot detects some different spyware each time. is there a way to get rid of this all?
