Help with Nurech Removal

Hi,
My Spybot is fully up to date but I can't seem to remove a Nurech Trojan. I run Spybot and the description paragraph tells me to also restart in Safe Mode and run Spybot again. However when I do so, it never finds anything. Then when I restart back up again in regular windows (xp) I find Nurech again.

Can anyone please help? Thanks.
