registry cleaner setup

I have a spyware trojan living on my computer that I cant get rid of. It loads on booting, and tells me that my registry is corrupt and would I like to load their repair ware. I dont want to, and I have found no way to remove it. There are other spywares out there that say they can remove it, but so far no luck.

Any ideas? any chance of adding the removal of this to your toolbox?

sorry I dont have a file for you, but I am not sure where to look.
