just one more thing the link http://www.agnitum.com/download/outpost1.html does not work even if i take out the /download/outpost1.html it still is not found has the address changed?

I advise you to take Comodo Firewall Pro (http://www.personalfirewall.comodo.com/). In my opinion the best Freeware Firewall at the moment :)
