Second browser opens to selling sites like ebay etc

Hello again.
When I change to another website ( either by typing or using a link ), I quite frequently get another seperate opening and set to random sales sites such as ebay and media sites. Very annoying. Spybot has not detected anything and neither has AVG.
If someone could help I would be very grateful.

Hello,
I don't know if this helps but I've noticed that when I run IE for the first time after re-boot there are 2 iexplorer.exe's running in the processes. When I delete the one showing lower down in the list the problem goes away until the next re-boot.

You're infected. One or more of the identified infections steal information. If this system is used for online banking or has credit card information on it, all passwords should be changed immediately by using a different computer (not the infected one!) to make the changes. Banking and credit card institutions, if any, should be notified of the possible security breech. I suggest that you read this (http://www.dslreports.com/faq/10451) article too.
