I had a pretty serious infection of malware ...
the guys at TomCoyote were able to help me out, except for one thing an instance of Nurech... the person helped me suggested it might even be a bug in SD and I should ask you guys.

Nurech: User settings (Registry value, nothing done)
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-801667920-2752991226-3942243025-1004\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ShellNoRoam\MUICache\*\upnp.exe
and ideas would be helpful ... I would love to get rid of it to be sure that there is now no longer anything wrong with my computer.
