Thanks for you help ahead of time.

General description:
1. Slow start up time (like every other spyware problem)
2. Once every 30 mins (aprox) a notice pops up and says that a buffer overrun was detected, and then taskbar and icons disapear and load back up.
3. One out of every five times (aprox) this pops up the taskbar and icons do not load back up.
4. I can still use the windows i have open, but i have to use alt+tab to scroll through them.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have detected two BHO's that i think might be the source of the problem some info on them is provided below along with scanner info(info collected on Spybot S&D)
