Let's go after the junk like this. Please follow the directions carefully and in the numbered order.

1) We need to disable your Windows Defender Real-time Protection as it may interfere with the fixes that we need to make.
Open Windows Defender, Click on Tools, General Settings.
Scroll down and uncheck Turn on real-time protection (recommended).
After you uncheck this, click on the Save button and close Windows Defender.
After all of the fixes are complete it is very important that you enable Real-time Protection again.

2) TeaTimer will block changes we must make, use these instructions to turn it off until you are finished:

3) Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/lonny/Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts.
You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so.
Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.
Once the desktop loads post the text that will open (report.txt) and a new Hijackthis log in the forum please.

(hold the reports and logs until we finish)

4) How to make files and folders visible:
Click Start > Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm. Click OK.
You may reverse this for safety when we are finished.

5) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune

Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

6) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

7) RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\dmxfe.exe <<< delete that file

8) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart the computer and post the report.txt from Fixwareout, a new HJT log and any comments you think will help.

Both TeaTimer and SpywareGuard do the same thing and I do not doubt they conflict running at the same time. Choose one and discontinue using the other.
(Spybot is fine without TeaTimer running if you choose to keep SpywareGuard.

Thanks for returning your information and good job with the tools:bigthumb: a couple of things to point out.

1) This Wareout item should be gone: C:\WINDOWS\Temp\dmxfe.ren check manually or search for this item to be sure.

2) O2 - BHO: SSVHelper Class - {761497BB-D6F0-462C-B6EB-D4DAF1D92D43} - C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_07\bin\ssv.dll (file missing)
This item is Java and it is valid but damaged I suggest you use HJT to remove it.

I did not notice this one before: O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SunJavaUpdateSched] C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_04\bin\jusched.exe
This is a very outdated version of Java and a severe security risk. Since it is the Java scheduler which has a reputation for being very buggy (obviously not working) my suggestion would be to turn it off and update manually. You need to take action to update this because hackers are using exploits to infect computers with Java, all it takes is to mouse over the wrong banner at the wrong site.

Let's finish up like this: System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:
