I'm not sure if I have picked up some malware as I have some disk activity all the time.
It makes it impossible to listen to music or watch video as the stuttering is so bad.
Can someone help please?

Thank you for your help. I am sorry about attaching a file, I didn't notice that bit in the instructions and when I previously tried to copy and paste, I couldn't get it to paste for some reason.
I have looked for other reasons for my slow PC but everything appears to be OK. What I meant was that it is slow to load Windows, it seems OK with everything else.
If you would be kind enought to check for the presence of malware I would be most grateful.

I really see nothing in the way of malware in your HJT log. Have you looked in Task Manager to see if you can find out what may be causing the activity. You have programs I do not know but they do not appear to be malware.
It's always possible malware is at play and that is why we ask for the antivirus scan results. I would be glad to start scans looking for what may or may not be there if you wish. I would suggest you look at the information I posted. Here are additional ideas:
