Welcome to the forum, since I see no antivirus scan I must assume you missed this information:

Having said that, I see nothing in the HJT log to indicate why Spybot is freezing and you may have to post in the Spybot forum, just DO NOT post HJT logs there. We will look a little first.
I need more information that you are providing, when does Spybot freeze, at what point in the scan, do you have the newest version and are all of your databases up to date? Along with that information do this.

1) You have AVG Anti-Spyware onboard, follow the instruction in this link to update and run it, delete or at least quarantine anything located and save the scan results to post.

2) You also have Panda installed, run a scan and post the results.

3) Are you experiencing any other symptoms besides the Spybot ones, are you receiving any error messages? If so, post them "word for word".
