Spybot deletes Opera Cookies

Is there any way to set up Spybot to not mess with Opera I have tried everything. Everytime I run Spybot it wipes out all of my cookies for Opera there must be a setting somewhere that I missed. Any help would be appreciated.

They need to update there info on the web page. So I guess they don't want to receive bug reports. Great Program and great support NOT.
