Welcome to the forum, you are infected and since I see no antivirus scan I have to assume you did not read and follow these instructions:
"BEFORE you POST" Mandatory Steps Before Requesting Assistance
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288 You may hold the antivirus scan for now, I will let you know if it need it. Please start like this:

There is a strong possibility you have a dangerous backdoor trojan on your computer, see this information:
http://www.sophos.com/virusinfo/analyses/trojbankercu.html and this:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/startups/mswin.exe-10234.html
here it is on the computer: O4 - Startup: MSWin--1958865529.exe
O23 - Service: ieupdater (Microsoft IEUpdater) - Unknown owner - C:\Documents and Settings\ZOLD\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\MSWin--1958865529.exe
If you wish to scan that file you can use one or more of these free online scans, please post the information for me to view:
http://virusscan.jotti.org/
http://www.kaspersky.com/scanforvirus
http://www.virustotal.com/flash/index_en.html
It's likely you will need to enable hidden files and folders to see it:
http://www.xtra.co.nz/help/0,,4155-1916458,00.html
Because of these facts and to be safe, I need to provide you with this information:

You're infected, one or more of the identified infections steal information. If this system is used for online banking or has credit card information on it, all passwords should be changed immediately by using a different computer (not the infected one!) to make the changes. Banking and credit card institutions, if any, should be notified of the possible security breech. I suggest that you read this article too.
How Do I Handle Possible Identify Theft, Internet Fraud and CC Fraud?
http://www.dslreports.com/faq/10451
When Should I Format, How Should I Reinstall
http://www.dslreports.com/faq/10063

Let me know how you wish to proceed in your next post.

Thanks

I strongly suggest you post a fresh HJT log so that pskelley can determine if the machine is indeed clean.

Unless you are receiving advice elsewhere?

You still have malware on your computer, I suggest you do this:

First you have two antivirus programs on the computer, see this information:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nav.nsf/docid/2000031316555206
"Microsoft recommends that you have only one anti-virus program installed on your computer."
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2005/12/03/AR2005120300087.html

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\
C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0\

You are running HJT from an unsafe Temp folder where there will be no backups for safety. I suggest you move it here: C:\HJT\HijakcThis.exe
C:\DOCUME~1\ZOLD\LOCALS~1\Temp\Rar$EX00.500\HijackThis.exe
Here is more information if needed:
http://russelltexas.com/malware/createhjtfolder.htm
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial94.html

Instructions start here, do them in the numbered order:
1) How to make files and folders visible:
Click Start > Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm. Click OK.
You may reverse this for safety when we are finished.

2) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/content/view/25/2/
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

3) Disable the Service
Click Start > Run and type services.msc
Scroll down to ieupdater and right click on it.
Click Properties and under Service Status click Stop, then under Startup Type change it to Disabled.

Delete the Service
Open HijackThis and click Config -> Misc Tools -> Delete an NT service.
In the Delete window, type (Microsoft IEUpdater) and press OK.
OK any prompts, close HijackThis, and restart your computer.

4) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

O2 - BHO: VPNS System - {366B2151-E1C7-44a3-86A3-E5686C2A3D2F} - C:\WINDOWS\iedrives.dll
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {A6ACAE64-F798-4930-AD86-BD3FB32038DB} - C:\Program Files\Video ActiveX Object\isadd.dll (file missing)
O20 - Winlogon Notify: partnershipreg - C:\WINDOWS\
O21 - SSODL: hirtellous - {fa19bd7e-50bc-4203-80ac-c4edc81ca9a3} - (no file)
O21 - SSODL: xOEZpmoslQ - {CCBF8C47-6615-26ED-E4D3-A03EAFF5C8F5} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ok.dll (file missing)
O23 - Service: ieupdater (Microsoft IEUpdater) - Unknown owner - C:\Documents and Settings\ZOLD\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\MSWin--1958865529.exe (file missing

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

5) RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:

C:\Documents and Settings\ZOLD\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\MSWin--1958865529.exe <<< delete that file if there

6) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart the computer and post a new HJT log, let me know about any malware problems.

Thanks

You have to know you are posting a log where the corrections I suggested above have not been fixed. I gave you the reasons from Symantec and others for not running two AV's and they are still there:
C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0\avp.exe
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\CCPD-LC\symlcsvc.exe
O23 - Service: Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 (AVP) - Unknown owner - C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0\avp.exe" -r (file missing) G
O23 - Service: Symantec Core LC - Symantec Corporation - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\CCPD-LC\symlcsvc.exe

You are also still running HJT from a Temp folder and have been made aware of the fact backups for safety will not be there.

I see no "malware" in the HJT log. I suggest you do this:
System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2001111912274039?Open&src=sec_doc_nam

Here is some great information from Tony Klein, Texruss, ChrisRLG and Grinler to help you stay clean and safe online:
